Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the 280 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 280 platform.
These terms take effect from the first date you access or register an account on 280, and remain applicable for as long as your account is active. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
The 280 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 280 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 280 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, and failure to comply may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own action. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the 280 support team immediately.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the 280 platform agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform, disrupt other users, or violate any applicable laws in Malaysia. This includes prohibitions on fraud, unauthorised use of automated software, system manipulation, and any form of collusion in gameplay.
Use of the 280 platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any purpose other than personal entertainment is strictly prohibited. 280 reserves the right to report any suspected unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
Users may not share account credentials, lend their account to another party, or allow any third party to use their account on their behalf. Each account is strictly for the personal use of the registered account holder.
- Use of bots or automated software for gameplay
- Manipulation or hacking of platform systems
- Creating multiple accounts using false information
- Collusion between users to gain an unfair advantage
- Use of an account by individuals under 18 years of age
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 280 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including bank transfer, GrabPay, and Boost. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name.
280 does not accept direct cash deposits. All transactions must be carried out through the digital payment channels listed on the platform. Payments whose source cannot be verified may be held by 280 until verification is completed.
Withdrawal of funds will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's name. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and the user's VIP tier. 280 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal if there is any suspicious activity or outstanding verification requirements.
Any charges or fees associated with transactions are the user's responsibility. 280 is not liable for any losses or delays arising from issues on the part of third-party payment service providers.
Liability Limits & Account Closure Policy
The 280 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 280 makes no warranty that the service will always be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. To the extent permitted by law, 280 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
280 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, a request from the relevant authorities, or an internal decision based on platform risk assessment.
If an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining funds may not be refunded, depending on the nature of the breach. 280's decision regarding account closure is final.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 280 platform, including logos, designs, text, images, and software, is the exclusive property of 280 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 280.
The 280 platform may contain links to third-party websites for the convenience of users. 280 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is at the user's own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Governing Law
280 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the 280 website. Users are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from the use of the 280 platform shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims or disputes.
